Once players have accumulated enough resources from the puzzle game, they will enter the strategic card battle phase of MSDG.

Core Battle Mechanics:

  • Mana-Based Combat System – Players spend collected mana to cast spells, summon creatures, and counter opponents’ moves.

  • Customizable Decks – Players build decks based on the spells and abilities earned in the puzzle game.

  • PvP Duels & Tournaments – Engage in real-time battles with other players, climb leaderboards, and participate in seasonal tournaments.

  • Unique Factions & Playstyles – Different Planescaller archetypes offer various playstyles and strategies.

  • Evolving Metagame – Regular updates introduce new spells, abilities, and strategic elements to keep battles dynamic.

Game Modes:

  • Casual Matches – Friendly duels where players can test their decks and refine strategies.

  • Ranked Battles – Competitive mode where players climb the Planescaller League and earn MSDG token rewards.

  • Grand Arcane War (Faction-Based Combat) – Players align with factions and participate in large-scale multiplayer battles.

The card battle system is designed to provide deep strategic engagement, rewarding skilled players while maintaining accessibility for newcomers.
